My first novel, Bombardiers, was published March 1995. It still makes me laugh. I kept wondering why no novels were set in the workplace. (Because they'd be boring, that's why.) So I set out to write one hilarious and intense and absurd, and very unboring. Of all the reviews, the one word used to describe it that I'm most proud of is "uncompromising."
